Born in South Texas Raised in the Great Texas hill country, I live to cook and I cook to live!

I enjoy cooking for the self satisfaction that it brings joy to me to watch people enjoy the culinary creations that I produce. I love to be creative with the freshest ingredients I can get my hands on. One of my goals is to get people back on the right track and get back to eating healthy

I have a great passion for the art of cooking and enjoy sharing my expertise in the kitchen with anyone interested. Contact me and let me show you!

I believe that the modern rush has taken our family time away from the kitchen table which has also lead to unhealthy choices because of convenience. I have 20+ years of experience in fine-dining establishments, and my professional affiliations are notable.

Some of my notable engagements include:

  • Contracted chef for NORWEGIAN Cruise Lines
  • Executive chef for the Ye Kendall Inn

My goals are to finish my bachelors in culinary management at the Art Institute and then teach the next generation how to cook healthy and to teach the basics of cooking for as many people as I meet in life.
